Missed the signups by like a year.

Deal goes down as such: I send you $3 million. 10 days later, you send me 50 tech. 10 days later still, you send me 50 more. Tech deal over, we're both happy.

Alternatively, after the first 10 days you could use a middleman and get 100 tech to me at once, but I'm patient and willing to wait so whether to use a middleman or not is your choice and your responsibility.

Us and a few MKers started something up in Israel, and then some other dudes from CN alliances came. We have enough NTOers and ex-/b/ from our own alliance to get an IRON guy to call us "/b/srael", but we also have CptGodzilla (hi!), a Greenland Republicer, an NOI gal, and various others (though the Mushroom Kingdom contingent is the largest). I run the biggest employer in Israel (Shrooms Inc.) as Matthew George, so I can hook you up with a job, and Commisar Gaunt was just elected President of Israel, so you know you're cool there too. We also have the biggest party in Israel, the Doin It Rite Party.

Only problem is you need invites and I have none at the moment, though I could ask around for anybody who's interested.

Okay, so I'm doing my usual business, helping distribute aid, right? Well, I send out $1 million to all the designated recipients as I'm supposed to...then one guy goes inactive. This brings all my spending to a screeching halt, since I'm not sure if I can spend so much that my treasury dips below $1 million and still send out the aid as I'm supposed to.

So, basically, my question is: If I spend so much money that I have less than $1 million in the treasury, can my aid offer still be accepted and will the guy get the $1 million like he's supposed to?

Episode 1: Origins

The land of Gruthenia is not a very ancient one; the land itself is as old as dirt, because it is dirt, but as an organized entity, not so much. It is, however, the longest-lived Communist government in existence.

Gruthenia was founded by Irish nationalist refugees fleeing the Great Potato Famine in 1851 as a base to liberate Ireland from. During the long voyage to the southern Russian steppes that would eventually become their new homeland, the literate member of the group happened across a copy of the Communist Manifesto and decided that it would be a good idea to adopt Communism as their new economic system as a gesture of spite towards capitalist Great Britain.

Once in Russia, this ornery band of extremist refugees trekked along the endless steppes, and, after being rejected in their numerous attempts to simply take over a Russian village, finally settled down in the middle of nowhere, where absolutely nobody would know about their existence for the next 140 years. The settlers christened their new rogue nation "Fuckbritain" in honor of their place of origin, and celebrated their good fortune for having this wonderful plot of land all to themselves by ripping apart Sean McFlaherty, who chose this spot to settle in, limb by limb.

For the next 90 years the village-nation existed in peace under an ostensibly communist government, slowly building up for the day when they would bring liberation from Great Britain and the evil robber-baron overlords to Ireland. No communication with the outside world existed at this time, and the economy was based around subsistence farming.
