Background:
 
I have reserved 1 foreign aid slot in advance for my uni aid (9 mill to go) but cct said that it doesn't seem likely that he'll be able to find any donors for the time so i am now looking for an independent deal so my slot won't go to waste.

Intention:

So now i am looking for 1 person to either

- be generous enough to donate for my uni aid (once is fine)
or
- do a 6 mill for 150 tech deal with me (3mill/50 tech +3mill/100 tech)

So if anymore is interested, just let me know.
