Seriously - a blind guy escapes house arrest in Beijing? Embarassing enough that he is blind and got away, but how come they can't find him?

Didn't they declare Cooper dead under the theory they gave him a training chute by accident and his main chute failed? Plus they found decayed bills from his jacking. Meh.

As for this guy, he's in China. In its capital no less. It's not like it would be hard to blend in easily there.
