Welcome to the world of being shat on, on a daily basis. But at least access to a commissary has its benefits. I was tired of paying food taxes anyway.

I was gonna go with that. I think it's getting better though. Last time I asked federal employees had gotten down to filling out three forms before going to the bathroom. That's from five forms and a committee decision.
