you can only send/receive from the same person every 10 days.  for ^, you need 4 middle men:

you send 3 mil to buyer
you send 3 mil to middle man A
middle man A sends 3 mil to buyer
buyer sends 50 tech to middle man B
middle man B sends 50 tech to you
buyer sends 50 tech to middle man C
middle man C sends 50 tech to you
buyer sends 50 tech to middle man D
middle man D sends 50 tech to you

lots of steps, lots of people & middle men expect some money too.

yeah and even if you did it like iKrolm said... no one is dumb enough to take that deal

the regular deal is 3mil for 100 tech and it takes 30 days to finish it... who wants to use up multiple slots for one deal?

you make a lot more money with strike's deal though (about 3.6 mil profit instead of 1.3 mil)

Sorry, wasn't really thinking when I wrote this out. I'm on holiday and was hoping for a quick tech top up.
