1.5mil, you sure!? I'll buy tech from you, but since we're in the RI section, I'm going to have to insist on paying you 3mil(as opposed to the usual 2mil I pay elsewhere). I believe in helping our young nations some, and I wouldn't want to pay you a barebones prices, so linky, please.

Ok sure sounds good thanks. I don't know how it works, you send me money and I send you tech? Or vice cersa or what?
