Title: how to sell tech w/out using aid?

say you have some extra tech and want to get rid of it without using an aid slot. youre sposed to be able to sell it like infra, land, soldiers... but it only lets you buy. plz halp

You're not really supposed to get rid  it.  Why would you want to get rid of it? Its really nothing but helpful

OFudd of Drkistan was given some when he started by someone who was quitting and now he is a target of tech raid which he cant handle
