The 3999 jump if you wanna start early, anywhere after that should be ok. Kaiser will say buy the interstate system as it's probably the best, but watch how long it takes him to save up 45 million as opposed to the 30 million for a stock market. General consensus is buy a SM first unless you already have enough saved up for a SSS or interstate

I hope so, competition makes the game more fun, I probably should've gotten one as my 2nd wonder. But Tuesday is when I start saving for one myself.
