i dont agree with what you said, but i defend your right to say it. unless you explicitly broke board rules after being warned once, they shouldn't ban you.

Yes, I don't see why that would even remotly get you banned. Of course I got a warning on their forums just for asking why my trade was canceled with someone. Apparently my friend had gone to the same library I went to one time and logged on and they almost banned me. Can I message the top guy and ask to see if he can have something to notify them on same server usage? Kinda like on another game I play does?

That is totally not ban or even warn worthy. I would appeal that last warn.

I won't even post there. When I first signed up, I read all of their rules. What I got from the whole page was, "If we don't like what you say, you're banned from CN forums and the game."

Definitely. Mods did me a service in removing my posting abilities, on the track I was on, I would have been banned two months ago.

I have posted far worse things then that and I have never been warned.I know i am new but i would try and get the last warn over turned.

ah i remember that, it was to this guy in the OWF who always stated communist nonsense and conspiracy theories that the US caused 9/11. He was ragging on america in a completely unfunny way and frankly i was completely fed up with him. The guy had an avatar of stalin for god sakes, STALIN! you know, that guy who killed more people than hitler?
anyways i will try to appeal, i will give up my posting rights so i can continue to play the game. I have other debate forums that i can attend.

Well let’s just say your grammar isn't the best out there and the mods certainly like good grammar and a well formatted appeal. I'm not saying my grammar is any better but...

I am sure that the context of it had something to do about it...but I don't remember what it was. Anyway, I appealed it, and it is all better now. But, they do like you appeal to sound official, and to not have bad grammar. (I had my dad write mine lol) it was way better than what I was gonna put
Oh, and regarding Stalin...yes, in my opinion, he was worse than Hitler. The only difference was that Stalin just killed the Jews in his own country, while Hitler went into other countries to basically make them extinct. That is the only reason that nobody really mentions what Stalin did...

I can see how that might be considered flamebait, but that still doesn't seem bad enough to warrant more than a verbal warning.
As for appealing it, just be respectful and make sure that you actually post it in the right format, and you should be fine.
Also, all of you bitching about the rules...they're not hard to follow.

Btw, there's one thing you could also look in to.
I understand there are stickies in the "Ban appeal"-section, right? Well, they're not visible to banned members. If there are stickies, and they contain information on how to appeal, it should be made visible to those appealing.
That was in another ban appeal topic...so aparantly you can't see the topic. I'll post it's contents here.

That's the main part...the rest of it's mostly on warn appeals. Just put your old nation info in there and put that there's no nation to link to. Also, I wouldn't bump the thread at all unless it goes over a week without a response.

my friend and i played it at the same school and we couldnt trade because we checked it at school, they really should fix that thing -_-
