Post by: Rune Walsh on May 23, 2007, 02:01:04 am: Spiderman 3 was okay...but not as good as the first two. Since they went from one villian to three villians, the whole plot just felt rushed. There was no real focus in the movie as it seemed to jump from one plot point to the other. I also disliked Sandman and his connection with Uncle Ben. Well, then again, I thought that Sandman was really unnecessary to the plot. They should've just went with Venom and Harry as the villians and left it at that.

Agreed.

As for the topic, it was really... dissapointing, as others said. Below-par, and killed off a good character.

You guys are making me not want to see it. I was already trepiditious because I thought the 2nd movie was basically a soap opera for 2 hours with tiny slivers of action and plot uncerimoniously welded to the sappy-romance-novel-esque story. I've been told that this movie is more of the same?

How come chicks gotta ruin everything?
