know how to size your avatar so it doesn't stretch and look out of whack?  

So far most of peoples avatars are so blurred due to improper sizing its not funny. It also hurts my eyes. I figured out when I uploaded mine. If anyone wants to know how I did it, please tell me and I shall let you in on the secret.

Yeah, but others do. And its like @.@! when you see the av's. You murder'em by not sizing them properly.

I know, but most don't see the little "size avatar" thing below the image previewer. Meh, oh well. Can't teach'em all.
