Title: Buying 400 Tech for $12mil

Pretty much says it all. I want 400tech and am willing to pay 12 million for it. I'll split up the bounty buying in blocs of 50 tech for 1.5 million. You provide the middle man. I have 5 open trade slots and will be ready to start this on January 6.

I have 2 slots open now, so that's 50 off the bat (with a middleman)

but if you mean on the long term, i can do as much as you want.
