wow... that sucks. nearly everyone in the youtube comments is looking for someone to blame. why? the dancer couldnt see the kid, the kid is too young to know that its a bad idea, and the parent probably couldnt grab the kid in time - there was only about a split second there. i always see kids jump out of their strollers and run a couple meters away before being grabbed and put back in.
