The way tech sales work is they pay you, you buy up to 50 tech, then you send it all. Then buy up to 50 tech again.

There is a "tech farm" you might want to be a part of, go to the "tech sellers' part of it. But really, it will take a day or two to get a response. CN is a very easy to manage game, so things happen slowly as people are on at different times of the day.
