I'm at 3days and have... 94working citizens. Is this average? Poor? Disastrous? I have no idea what I'm doing, I'm just guessing.

This is average. Don't worry, once you get your Joining AID and start participating in Tech Deals and such, you'll find you will grow very fast.

It took me 15 days of saving to buy my Harbour. No, I hadn't even heard of the RIA or tech trading back then.
