it is the sexiest laptop ever. It's better than any computer I've ever owned.
First it's an ASUS laptop, one of the best laptop companies in existance.
3 GB uber RAM
2.5 ghz intel core 2 duo 9300T 6MB cache
250 GB hard drive partitioned so that Ive got 125 GB on Vista and 125 GB on XP proffessional
512 MB dedicated graphics RAM in the uber awesome NVIDIA 9500 M GS

Comes with Vista Premium, I've got XP proffessional, and it comes partitioned so I can dual-OS on the hard drive.

I wouldn't bother with the dual OS, unless it was XP and a Linux based OS.

I know...but the sound card might not have a driver for XP

i would get a 3 way partition, 125gb for vista, 120gb for linux, and 5gb for the original windows

original windows owns all, its so sexy

I would find it hard to agree more.

Especially since the sucky all-pervasiveness of Vista meant my selection of possible new laptops hwen my old one died was massively reduced.

eh, getting a natively vista laptop to run xp is difficult to impossible because of drivers. and vista isnt as bad as everyone seems to think. i actually rather like it.

looks like an awesome machine though.

It's okay, you paid about 1,000$ more for the same performance, 500$ less for 1/2 the performance, or the same price for 3/4ths the performance. Enjoy your mac, and enjoy WoW, I'll go play Dawn of War.

I'm actually certified to fix those things. I had *loads* of fun playing with the first gen of the iMac.

macs are expensive
and dont work as well as apple would like you to think
but in the end, a kernel OS is way better that vista and it looks nice
