Donating blood is one of the fastest and most important things you can do to save a life. Nothing shows as much dedication to a cause as the willingness to bleed for it.

 

As such, for prepare for Summer around the world, even donations on a small scale can make a difference.

 

So, I present to you: “Dragons Blood Charity Event” an event dedicated to the Dragon Clan in blood donation.

 

On May 31st in Naperville IL, at 11:00 AM any and all are invited to attend a Blood Donation Drive at Heartland Blood Centers.

This is a Blood Drive that a frind of mine is organizing for L5R players friends and family. In the past, Heartland let us come in with an entire playgroup, all wearing our masks and donating blood.

 

What else is there to do besides donate blood on this day? Just down later that night we will be hosting a different kind of L5R event. A L5R Live Action game using the AEG live action system, any who attend the blood donation are invited to come and participate in an Annual L5R Live action game held once a year. Full buffet and beverages will be provided for all in attendance.

Sadly, I can never donate blood again

Apparently, becuase I was in Iraq, I was disqualified from ever donating again (something about there being too much gay in the water or something???).  Anyway, I can only donate blood in emergency situtations.  For example, we were hit hard in Iraq when I was there one day, and I was needed to donate my precious blood...

but, other then saving lives IMMEDIATLY (Like, when they got the blood it was still warm), I'm not supposed to donate...

A live action role-playing game (LARP) is a form of role-playing game where the participants physically act out some or all of their characters' actions. but L5R is a good game. It has somethimg for every one like Pirate or Ninja, RPG or CCG.

Didn't like, a huge number of people die because of Larping in the 70's which resulting it in being made ILLEGAL until like, 1994????
