Yes it is. I love the ie*?*cheng and the Aztchs. Also theres an alinement in our solor system and the black holein the center of the milky way.

Oh now I'm ashamed. At first I read the topic title as "Civilization IV will come out on December 21, 2012." And then I thought, "Wait, Civilization IV is already out. Maybe he meant Civilization V." And then I actually read the entire topic title.
