I actually infected Madagascar on my first play-through. It was Argentina that shut me down ;_;

I like how they notice the infection even if there aren't any symptoms...

That game isn't too hard but it is extremely annoying how they can spot the disease when there arn't any symptoms.

Maybe some scientists start finding it on people's blood, and after analyzing it hey find that it has the potential to start causing heart, liver and kidney failure, necrosis, dementia and diarrhea. Then they get freaked out.

The funniest parts are when countries shut down their entire public transit system on account of 22 people being infected with a disease that has no symptoms.

No, the funniest part is when, in your 22nd try, you finally manage to get some infected people in Madagascar, only to find out that West Europe has closed all airports, shipyards and borders and there are no infected people there.
