AND IT FUKKIN SUCKED.
I mean, Jet Li is advertised as a main character and what is he?
He's himself for about MAYBE 20 minutes the whole movie.
And of those 20 minutes, maybe 30 seconds are spent fighting. The other 19 minutes 30 seconds are spent riding a horse or speaking ancient chinese (though despite the fact that they had to kidnap one of the real main characters to translate some of it, apparently EVERY-FUCKING-BODY can understand him).
The entire rest of the time Jet Li's character is CGI or a dragon, monkey, or other thing.
TOTAL FUCKING oxSHIT.
Not to mention at times the movie just gets boring.
I give it a 3/10 because jet li does kick Brendon FRasier's ass pretty good.

Is the same chick in the movie or is it a different one?
-
Well I'm probably seeing it sunday. Hopefully it won't be as bad as you say. I'm usually not that critical when it comes to movies so I probably will. >_>
-
Jet Li hasn't been in a good movie for...a while. Personally, I think the Forbidden Kingdom had too much talking on part of the dorky main character and his annoying-as-hell girlfriend who refuses to talk in first person. I mean come on, they put Jackie Chan and Jet Li in the same movie, but just have them act as sidekicks. What the hell.

This depresses me. The Mummy/Returns were my two favorite movies when I was younger. ;_;
I'm seeing the third one. If it's a shitty as you say, I'll catch it online. Atonichis, you usually give harsh reviews on stuff.

The one thing you didn't mention is the oh-so-sought-after fight scene between Michelle Yeoh and Jet Li. Even if it's only five seconds long (I'm sure it's longer than that ¬_¬), a lot of people are/were waiting for that.
-
It had 0% on Rotten Tomatoes on the first day.
Yeah, it's bad
-
I saw it today, it wasn't that bad. >_>

That's just another way of saying it's meh.

You're all slowly braking my heart. I wanna see it <_<;

You mean where he knocks her weapons away, she catchs his blade, then he stabs her in the face?
It's about 25 seconds long.

Not really. I actually did like it.

My dad asked me a question the other day:
"Hey son, would you rather go see Mummy 3 or Dark Knight on IMAX?"
For a split second I was going to say Mummy 3 because I've seen the Dark Knight like 2103587219385235 times already but I decided: "Well, if the Dark Knight is so fucking amazing on regular theaters then it must be like 210491824 times better on IMAX"
After seeing this thread I'm glad I made the right choice.
Also. on IMDB it has a rating of 5.6 stars and I lol'd when I went down to the User Comments and the only two words there were: "Truly Awful."
-
wasn't it a few movies ago Jet Li was doing his 'last movie'
-
Fearless was his last Wushu epic, because he was disappointed that his Wushu martial arts was being represented the wrong way.
But he's still doing movies. After all, he is an actor.

is it as bad as the happening, cause if it is I might just go see it for the lolz.
