why do they make it so you can't decommission tanks if you've done it within the last two days?  

i don't understand that rule, it's stupid

I think that if you decom tanks all your deployed tanks and troops return to your nation. Many people would deploy stuff to attack other nations and after the attack decom one tank, bringing all their stuff back home, so they could have more troops and tanks to defend. This prevents people from doing that too often.

you can't decommission when you have attacked in the last 2 days either.  I don't know why when you haven't attacked though
