No, people get donation bonuses as soon as they do, it's not on a schedule.

In any case, I made my donation today, so I can make anouther one tomorrow if I so desired. I'm not making one tomorrow, mind you...

I just got my donation stuffs. Three new improvement slots. ^___^ *builds two Intelligence Agencies, and uses the last for his now-five labor camps*

I collect, buy labor camps, pay bills, then the next day I pay bills, sell the labor camps, and collect. Gets me much more money. =D
