Last I talked to the guy, they are going to have a "tech support team" analize and attempt to fix the problem. THey are going to call me tomorrow or the day after.

ACtually, when I posted, I was on call #4 and manager #2.

I've got a list of 6 (SIX) reference numbers for the problem.
