Serious computer issues.
Heres the situtation:
My other laptop is slow and seems to have some spyware/malware and maybe a trojan or 2 (not the condoms ). anyways
I need suggestions.
i have Symantic antivirus
Adware 2008
and Spybot Search and Destroy.
I need HELP.
quickly and efficiently.
This is posted in the Internet people forum, Random Insanity, and general discussion. PLEASE HELP.
Let me know what info to add so we can figure this shit out.
It bothers me because normally I can rape any computer problems but this shit makes my computer run so slow that I can't do anything

www.malwarebytes.org - works just like Spybot

and obviously do a full system scan with your anti-virus program. If that doesn't work, get AVG or avast and then do it.
option B: Thermite the entire computer for massive rofls

Adaware gets rid of a lot of that stuff. If your Symantic has registry clean up, do that and scan for virus with that also. But first, check for updates with both of them.
After scanning, do a defrag. That might help as well.

After you hit a virus with anti-virus it breaks into fragments. These fragments sit on your hard drive and do bad things. Defragmenting makes these nasty things go away.
