Hello there RIA!!
My name is Greg, and I come to you from the RIA. We have recently heard of you, and after much debate, decided to send a diplomat over here. So, I request that I be given a mask. Also, it has been brought to my attention that we apparently already have an embassy here. Who knew?
Well, I await your response and hope that our two alliances can work together in the future.
