I would like to start a tech deal with anyone who is interested. If you would like to trade just let me know because I could really use the money to get my nation off the ground!!

I only have one aid slot open, so we would have to do it this way:
1. I send you $3 million.
2. We wait ten days.
3. You send me 50 tech.
4. Wait ten days.
5. You send me another 50 tech.
6. Wait another ten days.
7. I send you $3million again, restarting the circle, which would go on until you want to stop selling tech/ I decide I don't want to buy anymore tech/ the sun goes nova/ whatever.

Just confirm you are interested and I'll send you the money right away.
