i actually think the worst song is Disinstitutionalized by Suicidal Tendencies...

I'm sure most people would sound like that if I pounded their face in repeatedly, and broke their nose so they'd never breathe out of it again.  Plus if their balls failed to drop out of their body cavity, that would probably add to the annoying high pitched, nasally sound.
