shit.....i know what to do to fix this for you but I dont remember how to get to it.


ok, went and found how to do it

check your permissions on the swkotor2.ini file

right click>properties>securities tab>edit>enable all your USER privledges (read, write, save, full control).

I got it working about a week ago, but as soon as it was starting to get good the game crashed and nothing could get it working again. Eventually I deleted every trace of it in rage.

I hear last part of the game is a huge let down anyway.

I'm just installing it on the old family laptop instead of mine...  Which I got for Christmas.  If I had been given a choice, I would have avoided Vista at all costs.  And the game is awesome, although very glitchy even without the complication that is Vista.

I've never had a problem getting a game to work on Vista.

Maybe I'm not trying hard enough. >_>
