Psh 250 or so's been my max this year. In HS I could do somewhat more.

Exactly. I'll take on a body builder any day of the week. Same with a weight lifter.

Yeah, i'm in the same boat. I lift at home, so I never max out. Best I've done recently is about 275. Back when I was playing ball in college I maxed around 355. For a couple years we tested for reps at 225. Best I ever managed was 18. I had one run going where I was sure I was going to make 20, but I hit the rack on 18 and it killed me to finish it and missed the next one.

The most muscular kid at my highschool of 2400 has the worst coordination I have ever seen.
We were playing football in gym class, and the ball went right through his hands and hit him in the face.
It is only sad because he is actually a really nice guy.

And I know I can beat him because I know some basic moves, plus I fight dirty.

When I was in the army, I would bench around 215. But then again, I also had 4 years of hand-to-hand combat experience. While I don't bench-press anymore, I now have a year experience karate, and 2 years experience fencing.

Here's the thing with fighting. It's like, whoever wants to win the most, usually wins.
While it does matter how big/small you are, I have seen so many unusual fights, it's ridiculous how random it can seem. Even people who do know how to fight get fucked up by someone who hasn't thrown a punch in their life.
There was this big ass black dude on my street who reminded me of the one big guy from Friday. I was standing out in my front lawn watching this small tweaked out Asian guy pick at the sidewalk for dropped crack rocks (the dealers would deal en mass in front of my house). I see the big dude coming down the street and he yells something at the Asian guy. The tweaked out guy sees the black dude coming towards him and he looks like he's about to run, but instead he just lunges for the black guy's throat and instantly the black guy falls backwards grabbing his throat.
These two other guys start screaming and running up the street, so he just bolts out of there.
Dude had to go to the fucking hospital. He wouldn't get up and he sounded like his breathing was labored. An ambulance picked his ass up and I didn't see the guy for quite awhile.
My guess is that the asian guy put all of his force into a punch right in the adam's apple and broke the front of his neck.
The guy was down with just once punch.

Also, I saw this one guy just chimp the fuck out on this one guy in the outdoor mall and it was brutal. He just faught him like he was a fucking monkey. Just raising his arms high above his head and smacking them down on him over and over again. Took the cops to pull him off him.

I never new what my max was. 225 2 or 3 times was top I could do. My left shoulder has always been fucked up so I quit weight lifting cause of that and gym member ship fees. on the incline I could do more cause it didn't bother my shoulder I was 5'6 260 lbs without roids now I am a old run down fat ass 265
