This offer is open to anyone, with no expiration date as long as I have aid slots. Send me $1.1 million, and I'll send 50 tech wherever you want. If you want to wait 10 days, that's fine. If you want a middle man, that's fine, you just have to arrange and pay for the middle man.

Send me a PM in game if you want, or just send me the aid with instructions of where you want the tech sent. First come, first served.

I'm going to sweeten this deal a little, because I'd really like to make a little money to help my nation grow.

50 tech, I provide (and pay) the middle man (I already have him lined up), $1.2 million total.
