Gangs, being the son of his infamous mother (I think we can ALL agree she is great in the sack as long as you don't have to look at her directly), is also a somebody by extension, and also disqualified.

Snowbound Milk, being a smartass of some note and repute, also cannot qualify as a nobody.

Maybe this is why nobody ever took the job.
