Man, I loved freelancer.  Reminded me of X2.  Then I got X3 from steam for diddly during an epic sale :D

I STILL love freelancer... never really *completed* the game. I play it sporadically.

I played EV nova and that's the only game I know anyhting about here. Is anything like EV nova?

from what I can tell, no one has created a 'spiritual successor' to the EV games, which is a damn shame.
