It's not halloween in chicago unless it drops to 28 degrees and starts to rain on the exact moment trick-or-treating begins.

One of the rare few foreign occasions, along with christmas, la tomatina, the night raddish festival, the festival of pig and the annual mooning, that i'd like to witness first hand.
