I have no idea what it does because I log in every single day and it still hasn't remembered me.
I've been playing this game for about a year and a half now.
I bet they did something stupid like mix up cookie names or something.

Me and TS once paid a £5 with 2 p coins. The waiter came out and yelled at us saying he couldn't accept it so we told him to get fucked. I think he threw the saucer of coins in the bin too. Was a good day.
Also, we were in the airport about to leave England and were trying to get rid of the coins. The dude was a right dickhead.

Why pay with pennies? to piss off the person there to collect the debt who had no part of the towing at all?
Better yet, I like how they:
1. Don't explain WHY the car was towed
2. Don't explain why he didn't fight it before paying the fee.
Considering the fee is so low, he was probably parking in a lot that said "DON'T FUCKING PARK HERE IF YOUR NOT A CUSTOMER HERE" and got his shit car towed. If he knew he wasn't in the wrong he would have disputed it in court, not paid with pennies.
