My sister just got into this alliance according to her but she can't log on to the forums
she entered her correct username and password but it wouldn't log her on
any suggestions?

Her name and are you two on the same IP address?

Assuming that she is typing everything correctly...

1. What browser are you using? If you're using Firefox, try going on IE, and vice versa.
2. You might want to try resetting the settings of your browser.

Try to refer to the log in confirmation site that was sent to her e-mail.

Her screen name is Raspberry she says and the IP shouldn't make a difference because me and my brother use it too

she used the link in the email to get here but she couldn't log in

I'd notify the admins that multiple people are using the same IP.  Otherwise you're inviting trouble.
