71 people shot, 12 dead, 50 wounded.

He had an assault rifle, tactical gear, a 12 gauge and a .40 glock

Insane week. A few days ago someone shot into a downtown bar in Tuscaloosa with an assault rifle but it was not as bad as this. Just crazy.

Sure glad he was able to buy these weapons legally.  Would have been tragedy if he actually had to work to get the guns.

apparently the kid who did it was an unemployed med student who somehow acquired loads of sophisticated training and equipment. the article is implying that not only was he aided, but that he was specifically recruited and used to create a violent event preceding a vote on the UN small arms treaty, which would give international law more power over national law, and federal gov more power over state and individual rights.
