The site of the 2002 Bali bombing that killed 202 people is a parking lot with signs urging people not to urinate. Surivors and relatives want a Bali Peace Park, a place of reflection instead.

I don't mean to sound callous, but I do some of my best reflection when I urinate on 'do not urinate' signs.

It's like a 'keep off the grass' sign. I mean, what do you think that sign is going to accomplish?
