It might not be too late. If you have anything sharp you can cut into your intestines and stop the seeds as they are coming through. Otherwise they will attach themselves to your insides and that is the beginning of the end

Get some of that miracle grow shit, some dirt, and a bottle of tonic. Eat the shit, chug the tonic, and BAM! You're a watermelon.
