Maybe, IDK. Don't know enough about that to comment. But I'll say that the the prosecution isn't doing this because they think they'll win

This sort of thing is hard enough to prove if it happens yesterday and the guy looks like a rapist. Its also generally horrible because the defense always tries to argue that the women is a whore who will sleep with anyone and thus wouldn't need to be raped. Which is a valid deference, but its still shitty for the women. Plus we have to assume bill has plenty of money for the best lawyers you can buy.

Who knows though... We will see.

Unless there is new evidence (which I doubt) or hell any evidence he isn't going to be found guilty
