This is my first time trying to do it, on my Photoshop. What do you think?:

i think it's pretty good
where did you learn to do it?
-
I just kind of figured it out.
-
there is a video on youtube that explains it
here it is

Well, I've seen stuff before, but this time it was more screwing around to see if it would work.
-
yeah well you should see the guy that made that video lightsaber battle videos
-
Ironically, the "blade" looks much better than the handle.
Seriously, you nailed the effect pretty well IMO.
-
It's because I jusat designed the handle simply.
And I've seen that guy in his lightsaber duel videos. They're good.

Photoshop is the bane of computer gamers. >_>
-
Why would that be?
-
Eats up RAM, to make it simple. Its not as bad as full blown AOL 9.0, but its still pretty bad. Pain in the ASS to disable too.
-
not really, it took me like 3 mins
-
Just disabling Photoshop? Yeah. Its clones, ghost updaters and hiding programs are the pain in the ass and the system hogs. svchost is sometimes it in disguise for example. DO NOT delete that though, I did some serious research first.
-
Yay for not being too much of a computer gamer.

There is one process of svchost that you can shut off without forcing your computer to restart, though. >_> It's almost always the one that's running on SYSTEM and is using the most memory (usually around 20,000K for me).
