What is the swiftist way to grow the work froce in cn?

Load up on factories and get lots of AIDS.  Which isn't likely, unless your a leader of a major alliance and accidentially delete your nation or something.

Realistically, just buy lots of infra.  Screw everything else.  Tech is pretty much worthless for growth after level 15.  1 tech is good enough to last a long time.  Land is so worthless it's funny.  Let the people complain.  Make sure that your religion matches the desired, and your government should always be a Monarchy.  Try to get AIDS from whatever programs that you can.  Most importantly, have the best possible trades for your nation.  Trades are vital to having a healthy nation.

And if you want to skip a lot of time, you can always pay real monies for stuff.
