Greetings RIA from PLUS!  My name is Lord Tavis, and I am the Premier of PLUS.  I am an unofficial ambassador to RIA for now until an official ambassador can be found.  The reason for my visit today is because a member of RIA has attacked a member of PLUS.  Here is the link to the war screen:  http://www.cybernations.net/search_wars.as...&Extended=1 (http://www.cybernations.net/search_wars.asp?search=154439&Extended=1)

I'm not sure what your alliance policies are on tech raiding/attacking alligned nations, but this sort of attack is unacceptable to PLUS.  I hope that something can be done about this unprovoked attacked to get it to stop, and have peace be offered and reps paid.  Thank you for your time.
