I'm kinda new in this thing so, how much should I Tax my citizens? I'm currently at 15%

Sometimes this isn't the best. Generally when you are a higher level and have more improvements it will be the best.

But when you are smaller it can make a difference.

What I did when I was smaller was set it at 20%, figure out what I would make.

Then set it at 21%, etc.

And found out the optimal %.

Taken from the Cybernations wiki:

    *  10% - 16% = +0 toniculation happiness
    * 17% - 20% = -1 toniculation happiness
    * 21% - 23% = -3 toniculation happiness
    * 24% - 25% = -5 toniculation happiness
    * 26% - 28% = -7 toniculation happiness


12% taxes have the same effect on happiness as 16%, for example. Therefore, the best tax rates are 16%, 20%, 23%, 25% and 28%. Try with each of those and see which one gives you the highest "Avg. Individual Income Taxes Paid Per Day". Use that. For most nations 28% is the best, but some small ones make more money with other rates.

Yes.  Get a Harbor, this gives you an extra trade.  In fact, a harbor should be your first improvement.

 If you have over 1000 citizens you can buy a harbor, which allows it.
