It is rather old, actually. I remember this fad up and going back in January over at ONOS. Someone had a GIF where it looked like a picture of 15 year old girls in skimpy suits was loading from the top down, but by the time it got to the middle it was suddenly replaced by an image of Chris Hansen saying "Please take a seat over there."

I wish I would have saved it.
