Use this (http://www.mrfixitonline.com/cyber_nations/infrajumpcalculator.php), It's pretty accurate. When I passed it I spent about 10mil on infra and bought a donation and I was fine

Well considering for the 4k jump I had 17 million...I don't think 20 will be enough. Maybe if you have a interstate...
