I've been sending out messages, but I see nothing to show that it's working.

I've sent out around 50 messages and so far recruited only 3. So just keep trying and eventually one will fall for it... er, agree to join

I used to be a recruiter a long time ago, and it wasn't surprising to send out 100 messages. I considered that if 5 recruits joined in one day, it was a really good day.
