Declared by Hyperonic, leader of Foxingland, against a member of GGA during the Unjust War. A few days ago I was looking through all the wars in which RIA members were involved, and nearly chocked when I read that.

I used Financial assistance myself. Its used quite a lot. <3 Improved Foreign relations. My personal favorite is, "Foreign Aid Offer" and "Trade Request"
