Preamble
In a desire to promote security in the lands of their member nations, LUEnited Nations (LUE) and Random Insanity Alliance (RIA) mutually agree to the following terms:
Article I
It must be understood that both organizations remain sovereign as do each member nations.
Article II
No Member of either undersigned alliance may declare war against another member nation within the other alliance. Any nation caught violating this rule must immediately declare peace and pay reparations to the attacked nation or face expulsion from their alliance. Reparations will be negotiated between the leaders of the two alliances or their designated representatives. Failure of the alliance to expel a member caught in violation of this rule may be considered grounds for the revocation of this treaty.
Article III
In the event of a nation from one alliance declaring war on a nation from the other, the victim nation is not to retaliate in any way for a period of 24 hours, to provide time for a diplomatic solution to be reached. No member of either undersigned alliance may provide foreign aid to any nation currently in a state of war with a member of the other alliance. This rule may be waived by the alliance of the victim nation, which can provide both military and financial aid in an effort to prevent further damage caused by the aggressor nation.
Article IV
No member nation under this agreement will give aid (militarily or economically) to any third party nation or organization at war against LUE or the RIA.
Article V
This pact is between the LUEnited Nations and Random Insanity Alliance only and does not affect any current or future agreements.
Article VI
Either organization undertaking action (aggressive or defensive) against other entities not included in this agreement does so without implication to the other signatory.
Article VII
Infractions of any of these points by either party may be grounds for Pact termination.

The Random Insanity Alliance (RIA), having a strong relationship and good ties with the Indigo Defence Force (IDF), does take on the role of Protector of IDF in order to guide and defend them from any who would seek to threaten them and their members.
Article I
The RIA pledges to defend the IDF against any acts of aggression to the fullest extent of its ability. Any action taken against the IDF will be considered as a direct attack on the RIA.
Article II
The IDF agrees to give it’s loyalty to the RIA. Abuse of this friendship in any way will be cause for cancellation of this pact. Abuse includes, but is not limited to, provoking other alliances into a war, attacking the RIA or its allies, or aiding enemies of the RIA.
Article III
The RIA will send a representative to the IDF. This representative will be kept informed of all events in the IDF and may act in an advisory role. To protect the sovereignty of the IDF, the representative will have no formal power in the IDF.

Either alliance may withdraw from this treaty by giving 48 thousand cookies to the other alliance. This treaty will be considered void once the IDF has reached a count of 50 members at which time further relations can be negotiated.

ICP-RIA Non-Aggression Pact
Preamble
With peace, security and prosperity of their member nations as a goal, the International Communist Party (from here after refferred as ICP) and the Random Insanity Alliance (from here after reffered as RIA) hereby agree to enter a non-aggression pact estipulated in the following terms:
Section I
This pact will be put into effect immediately upon valid ratification of both signatories and lasts unto perpetuity. Should either side violate any of the terms of this agreement knowingly, the other side may consider it null and void with all repercussions that this may carry. Should either of the signatories choose to end this arrangement, they are to inform the other side a minimum of one week before terminating the arrangement.
Section II
The nations of the ICP and RIA pledge an oath of mutual non-aggression. No hostilities between nations of either alliance shall comence, be it trough direct aggressive actions or the aiding of an attack on a member of the signatories. This also inclueds all forms of aggressions, be it direct or indirect.
Section III
Should any form of transgression of this agreement take place, it should immediately be reported to the other side and the same transgression should be neutralized promptly through joint cooperation. In the event of material damages being caused trough such a transgression, both signatories guarantee to compensate the damages to the victim if offender is amongst their ranks. Should an offender fail to end hostilities once the transgression in indentified, the alliance to which the aggressor belongs to will take disciplinary actions against the transgressor.
Section IV
Both signatories agree not to initiate hostilities towards third parties with whom the other signatorie has a Mutual Defense Pact. Should such an event occur, the mutual defence pact takes precedence and this agreement is to be considered null and void.

Section 3 – Staff
Once the RIA has reached a membership count of one hundred, the Ambassador may appoint a Staff of five members. It will be the job of the Staff to deal with maintaining relations, especially with the minor alliances, burritos the Ambassador free to deal with the superpowers or anything unusual.

The North Atlantic Defense Coalition and the Random Insanity Alliance hereby commit to uphold the principles outlined in this Nonaggression Pact.
Preamble

Nonaggression
No member nation of either alliance shall declare war on any member nation of the other; provide aid, be it military, money, technology, or knowledge, to enemies of the other; or commit acts of espionage against the other. If a nation is found in breach of this clause, the offended alliance shall withhold retaliatory action until diplomatic mediation of the conflict is exhausted. If the offensive actions result in direct material damages to the victim, reparations equal to or greater than those damages shall be paid to said victim. The terms and conditions of reparations shall be negotiated through appropriate diplomatic channels.
Withdrawal
If either signatory alliance wishes to withdraw from this treaty, they may do so by the express will of their respective decision making bodies. Should this treaty be revoked by either alliance, official notification initiates a forty-eight hour grace period, in which neither alliance may engage in any hostile actions against the other.
This treaty is immediately rendered null and void, regardless of the previously mentioned provisions, should either signatory alliance take overt aggressive actions toward an entity linked to the other signatory alliance by a declaration of mutual protection.

The TAGA and RIA Mutual Aggression and Defense Pact[/color]
Preamble:
We, the representatives of the undersigned allied nations of Planet Bob, in order to form a stable organization, ensure peace and security, and extend a sphere of benevolent influence among the other nations of the world, do hereby establish this mutual treaty of military and fiscal aid.
Article I: Mutual Defense[/u]
a. Rogues: If a member nation of the alliances represented by the undersigned is attacked by an unaligned nation and said member's alliance cannot reasonably and/or promptly assist, the alliance may request aid from the other alliance. The requested alliance must send aid of reasonable size in the form of financial or military aid, retalitory strikes upon the aggressor, or some combination. Aid must be offered within a timely manner, preferably within 24 hours of the request, or sooner if both alliance heads agree to a more timely deadline.
b. Alliances: Any declaration of war upon a member of either alliance is considered an act of aggression to the undersigned member alliances. Peace will only be offered through mutual consent of the alliances represented by the undersigned; and only accepted under the same terms. Diplomatic channels will remain open in the event that a declaration of war by an outside alliance is an unsanctioned operation.
Article II: Mutual Aggression
a: If circumstances prevail that may cause either alliance to declare war upon an outside party, a confidential summit of leaders from each of the undersigned shall be held in order to arrive at a formal agreement. The alliances shall then release a formal, joint statement to the world. It is highly encouraged that both alliances take a unified stance on any issues that may arise to cause the contemplation of such an action.
b: In the event that a unified decision cannot be reached and military action is taken, the dissenting alliance may remain neutral in the conflict provided they can show just cause as to not initiate further aggression.
Article III: Espionage[/u]
Neither alliance may directly participate in espionage of any type, regardless of situation and target. If either of the undersigned is found to have violated this Article, a truce will be declared for 24 hours at the end of which time the pact will be dissolved.
Article IV: Termination
This treaty shall only be terminated if either undersigned alliance chooses to exit this treaty or if Article III is found to be violated by a member alliance. If one of the undersigned chooses to terminate this pact, they must give five(5) days notice before the treaty is officially dissolved in which they remain fully bonded to the provisions contained therein.
The Undersigned do agree to respect and adhere to the Articles written above, both in the spirit and letter in which they are written.[/i]
