RunScanner is a freeware windows system utility which scans your system for all running programs, autostart locations, drivers, services and hijack points.
                     You can use Runscanner to detect changes and misconfigurations in your system caused by spyware, virusses or human errors.

Best part is, if you run it as beginner, you can save a log of everything, send it to a TRUSTED "expert", they can mark things to be removed or fixed, and send it back to you.  You just click the button to apply the fixes and it's done.  

Send the log via e-mail, IM, or on a forums, and have someone help and post it back.

Not files.   The program shows you ever single program currently running on your computer or set up to auto-start with Windows or a browser, etc.   Such as Instant Messengers, camera software, Spyware, Viruses, etc.

Uhhh... wow. No thanks. I'm quite aware of whats on my computer, head to toe. I don't need "Trusted" people to delete the things for me.
