i play Halo for the PC. one question though, does it work without the CD, i lent that to a friend

...no. you can get the demo from microsoft.com

damn. I'll have the disc back on June 6 or 7th and i don't feel like downloading the demo, so untill then...

For the demo, how many levels and stuff does that give you?

If it's worth it, I might download it.

For multiplayer, you only get Blood Gulch (of RvB fame), and for single player, you get this fairly big single level with different difficulty.

Well, I do need some computer games. Concerning online, are there still a lot of people that play it or has the community more or less died?

Next time I hit the mall, I may finally buy myself a copy.

Might even buy some counterstrike if they have it as well. The community for that is still very strong as well, I believe.
